This role is accountable for safe, reliable, and compliant operation of UPW, wastewater, reclaim, and related Water Services systems while partnering with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Maintenance, contractors, suppliers, and fab customers. The Shift Supervisor leads the team, sets expectations, drives focused execution, identifies abnormal conditions, interprets alarms and trends, coordinates issue resolution, and ensures recovery and corrective actions are completed.
Schedule: Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3 days on/4 days off, then 4 days on/3 days off), including rotating between day and night shifts every four months .
