Data coverage & disclosures
Last updated August 31, 2026
Current coverage
Current job signals come from monitored employer career systems and link back to the employer instead of copying full job descriptions. Data-center and semiconductor-fab roles are labeled and filterable as distinct infrastructure segments. Coverage is selective and does not represent every employer or every opening.
Project and market records bring named buildouts, companies, milestones, and nearby hiring into one view. A project announcement is not presented as a job opening, and a fab role is not attached to a data-center project merely because they share a market.
Market scores
Locations are grouped into practical labor markets for comparison. Remote roles and postings spanning multiple markets are excluded from local heat. Market profiles disclose the data-center and semiconductor-fab composition behind the combined AI-infrastructure view.
The 0–100 demand score combines current openings, hiring-company activity, explicit mobility offers, and active project activity. It helps compare markets; it does not establish a labor shortage or guarantee future demand or project delivery.
Update history
AI Factory Trades tracks changes over time so current inventory can be separated from new and persistent activity. Early coverage periods are identified while enough history accumulates for meaningful movement labels.
Commercial disclosure
Employer job-detail pages and employer application links are free. Trade Intel is an optional individual subscription for complete search discovery and personal intelligence; it never charges for the right to view a specific employer page or apply for a role. Separate workforce-intelligence plans provide commercial market coverage, monitoring, exports, and structured delivery for staffing and workforce teams. We do not sell candidate profiles.
Sponsored placements and compensated referral relationships are clearly identified where they appear. A commercial relationship does not determine the underlying market rank.
Independence and corrections
Company, project, and product names belong to their owners. Coverage does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or representation. Confirm employer identity, licensing requirements, pay, per diem, rotation, travel reimbursement, project duration, and application terms at the source.
