Independent intelligence service

This site is an independent publisher of public labor-market intelligence. It is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, union, training provider, investment adviser, or representative of any listed organization. We do not accept applications, promise placement, verify employment eligibility, or charge candidates for a job.

Coverage limits

Hiring counts cover only the employers and markets currently included in AI Factory Trades. Demand scores are relative indicators, not guarantees of project delivery, job availability, labor scarcity, compensation, or future demand.

Listings, project facts, compensation, schedules, benefits, travel terms, and availability can change without notice. Confirm material details with the employer or organization named. Inclusion is not an endorsement.

Trade Intel subscriptions

Trade Intel is an optional personal intelligence subscription. Employer job-detail pages and employer application links remain available without a subscription. Membership pays for complete search discovery and the personal intelligence features described on the membership page; it does not buy an application, referral, interview, placement, or employment outcome.

The monthly plan renews at $9 each month and the annual plan renews at $69 each year until canceled. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown in Stripe Checkout. You authorize recurring charges on the selected schedule. Cancel online through the Stripe customer portal before renewal to stop future charges; access continues through the paid period unless access is terminated for misuse. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us.

Use of the service

Use the site lawfully. Do not automate abusive requests, share personal membership access, circumvent access controls, interfere with operation, republish the service wholesale, or submit another person's email without permission. Trade Intel is licensed for one person's use and does not include commercial exports, redistribution, an API, candidate records, or applicant scoring. The service is provided as available and may be corrected, changed, or discontinued. Paid staffing intelligence may also be governed by an order form or separate written terms.
