This role is responsible for coordinating building maintenance activities, overseeing contractor performance, supporting customer requests, conducting facility inspections, and ensuring operational readiness of assigned buildings and customer facing spaces. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, the Lead Facility Technician provides field leadership for Facility Technicians and contracted service providers responsible for maintaining common areas, office spaces, exterior grounds, building systems, and customer support areas.
