This role provides leadership for non-shift operational support functions, ensures technical consistency and rigor across disciplines, and supports development and improvement of maintenance strategies, procedures, and standards. The Senior ACFM is expected to support the operations team during emergencies, abnormal operating conditions, or high-risk activities and serves as a senior technical escalation resource across all shifts.
