This role performs maintenance, conducts facility inspections, supports customer requests, coordinates service providers, and helps maintain the operational readiness of assigned buildings and customer-facing spaces. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager and alongside other Facility Technicians, the Facility Technician Level II performs preventive and corrective maintenance activities for common areas, office spaces, exterior grounds, building systems, and customer support areas.
