THE WORK: You’ll develop a standardized cost reporting framework for reviewing and validating Colocation Developers’ base building construction costs, preparing estimate evaluation reports based on ROM, Schematic, or Construction pricing. You’ll review and validate project scope against predefined demarcation matrices, highlighting deviations, cost impacts, and assumptions or exclusions from developers, AEs, GCs, and Clients.
