This position serves as the senior CSU leader responsible for coordinating the successful turnover of facilities from construction through commissioning, startup, operational readiness, performance testing, and final handover to the owner. The role leads a multidisciplinary team of CSU engineers, startup specialists, vendors, subcontractors, and commissioning personnel to safely deliver systems that meet design intent, operational requirements, and project objectives.
