This position supervises direct hire Craft Professionals or subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, OSHA compliant scaffold construction, maintenance, inspection, modification, and dismantling operations across multiple work areas, while maintaining continuity with day-shift scaffold operations. Major Responsibilities: Coordinate nightly scaffold work with subcontractors, field supervisors, day-shift counterparts, and project teams in the assigned work area.
