This role provides hands-on support for Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), OT network components, alarm monitoring workflows, and facilities telemetry used by operations teams. This senior technical contributor role is suited for someone who has supported controls systems in live, mission-critical environments; understands the interaction between IT and OT systems; and can assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, change execution, vendor activities, documentation, and audit evidence collection.
