What the employer is hiring for.
This role is focused on design compliance, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across all phases of design, construction, commissioning, fit-out, and operational handoff. The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer will perform deep operational and technical reviews of projects to identify gaps in process execution, design validation, construction coordination, turnover readiness, and quality assurance practices.
