What the employer is hiring for.
This role serves as the technical bridge between the Site Selection team and the broader Design & Engineering organization. The engineer evaluates infrastructure capacity, utility availability, building suitability, land-use and entitlement considerations, and early design constraints that may affect viability, schedule, or cost.
