This role provides leadership across all phases of project pursuit and planning, from feasibility and conceptual design through GMP/final budget and successful handoff to the construction operations team, ensuring projects are set up to be delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The VP will drive estimating accuracy, standardization, and continuous improvement, while building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams across estimating, procurement, scheduling, and design coordination functions.
