This role is ideally based in our Houston office, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Quality Systems & Documentation - Execute the QMS across the product lifecycle (ISO 9001) and update as required - Set up and run quality gate architecture — IQC, IPQC, FAT, and OQC — for all transformers, - Create and process FAI, NCR, and SCAR documentation - Support vendor qualifications, audits, and close loop communications to enhance vendor service levels - Maintain calibration records, control plans, and inspection standard work for all production processes 1.
