This role ensures that purchase orders are accurately issued, partners close with suppliers to ensure delivery, materials are delivered on time and in compliance with project requirements, and payment processes remain aligned with contractual milestones. The Associate works cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Finance/AP, Legal, and Operations to improve order accuracy, payment flow, logistics visibility, and material availability while minimizing execution risk across capital projects.
