This role is responsible for creating comprehensive curriculum and skills‑based learning paths for both new and existing IES team members to elevate craftsmanship, and technical proficiency. The QAS conducts field quality inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications, installation standards, and customer expectations.
Bonus terms: Location: Rayville, LA | $7,000 Sign-on Bonus New Hire Employee Sign-On Bonus This position includes a $7,000 sign-on bonus, paid in three installments over your first year of employment at the 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month employment milestones.
