This role partners closely with Manufacturing Technicians, Shift Lead Engineers, Process Engineers, and Operations teams to achieve wafer move targets, optimize cycle time, respond to quality concerns, and maintain efficient workflow through the manufacturing line. Working on a 12-hour compressed workweek schedule, this position provides real-time operational leadership by identifying manufacturing constraints, supervising material flow, supporting production decisions, and driving actions needed to meet weekly wafer movement and wafer-on-hand objectives.
