Primary Responsibilities: The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in the ATMC Photolithography Equipment area. Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in the tasks that include, but are not limited to, advanced troubleshooting and repair for ASML TWINSCAN (AT, XT), ASML PAS 5500, TEL ACT8,TEL LITHIUS and TEL LITHIUS PRO Z platforms Work closely with the Photo Equipment Engineering team to implement continuous improvement projects, improve procedures and documentation Additionally the candidate will provide advanced skills and knowledge for…
