This role provides electrical engineering expertise, oversees tenant improvements and white space fit-outs, and partners with internal teams and colocation providers to maintain service availability, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Critical Environment Maintenance Support: -Manages the ongoing critical environment maintenance support for all service lines to pre-defined SLAs to ensure service uptime is maintained to the highest standards and that faults are dealt with promptly.
