This role oversees all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems to maintain maximum uptime while leading site operations, maintenance, vendor management, and operational projects. The CFM serves as the primary technical leader for the facility, managing staff, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and customer standards.
Bonus terms: Benefits Competitive salary range $140,000-$180,000 based on candidates' skills and experience, along with an annual bonus program 401k fully vested upon enrollment, up to a 4% employer match 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability Paid Time Off + Sick time Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
