this role serves as the on-the-ground extension of Prime's training organization — translating the curriculum, standards, and certification pathways the Director establishes into consistent, high-quality training delivery at every site in the region, partnering closely with the Director to stand up and continuously improve Prime's training program from the ground up. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who wants to build something early, not administer a program that already runs itself.
