About the role Primarily leading and managing site design, pre-construction, and construction activities; the Construction Project Manager (CPM), Tenant Fit-Out (TFO) is critical in ensuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, of Prime quality, and to the specific technical needs dictated by the incoming tenants. The CPM interacts with many departments and contractors including operations, designers, engineers, procurement, vendors, and our incoming client tenants.
