This role will evaluate prospective sites from a construction feasibility, execution, and risk perspective, helping Rowan understand what it will take to build each project safely, efficiently, and predictably before major development and design decisions are finalized. Working closely with Development, Engineering and Solutions Architecture, the Senior Constructability Manager will develop formal, decision-ready site constructability assessments and executive summaries that identify critical constraints, key assumptions, risks, mitigation strategies, and recommended next steps.
