This role is responsible for establishing structural design direction, maintaining portfolio-wide standards, providing technical governance, and supporting projects from early development and site feasibility through design, construction, and existing-facility modifications. The Structural Engineering and Design Manager will partner closely with Design Managers, Engineering Leads, Development, Construction, Procurement, and external A/E consultants to ensure structural systems meet STACK standards for reliability, scalability, sustainability, constructability, and operational performance.
