Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Procurement will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support large-scale capital projects, mission-critical infrastructure deployments, and ongoing operational requirements while ensuring cost competitiveness, supplier performance, contractual compliance, and schedule certainty.
