Experience with Metrology tools such as CD-SEM, spectroscopic ellipsometry, XRF, XRD, SIMS, AFM, optical CD, capacitance-voltage (CV), hall measurements Routine data analysis and Statistical Process Chart (SPC) review to identify trends and shifts Establish relationships across various departments to drive cohesive learning and cross functional problem solving.
