We are looking for a MEP Coordinator to join our MEP team on our project in Sparks, NV. This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for Mission Critical facilities and related projects.
This role supports the operation and maintenance of mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems within Switch data centers. You perform preventive maintenance, respond to infrastructure alarms, and support vendors during maintenance and expansion activities.
This role exists to ensure Switch data center facilities are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational readiness. You will lead the full construction lifecycle from pre-construction through turnover.
This role serves as a senior technician within Data Center Operations, supporting mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems. You act as a first responder to infrastructure alarms, perform advanced troubleshooting, and mentor Technician I and II team members.
This role serves as the commissioning subject matter expert and drives alignment across Construction, Design, Quality Control, Integration, and Operations teams. You oversee third-party commissioning partners and ensure safe, accurate, and timely system turnover in mission-critical environments.

This role exists to ensure customer-facing areas, operational spaces, and critical infrastructure environments remain clean, safe, and ready for daily use and site tours. You will work closely with fellow technicians to maintain high standards across common areas, operational zones, and data center environments.
This role serves as the subject matter expert for commissioning standards, execution planning, and third-party oversight. You will work with Construction, Design, Integration, and Operations teams to ensure systems are tested, validated, and delivered safely and on schedule.
This role ensures contractors and internal partners deliver work that meets Switch standards for quality and compliance. You are expected to be onsite daily and actively present in the field.
This role requires safe execution, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in live electrical settings. What You’ll Do Install electrical receptacles, junction boxes, and associated hardware.
this role you will support and optimize the operations of the critical infrastructure supporting IT loads in Switch Data Centers, including power, water, and cooling systems. You are also involved in developing solutions for continuous improvement in system performance and utilization, managing utility resourcing, capacity management, change management, efficiency, root cause analysis, design feedback, condition-based maintenance, end-of-life management, and various other data center lifecycle programs.
