This role exists to help ensure continuous uptime, support preventative maintenance programs, and respond to operational events that impact mission-critical systems. You will serve as a senior technical resource within Data Center Operations, supporting maintenance activities, responding to critical alarms, troubleshooting infrastructure systems, and assisting with the development of less experienced technicians.
