Workforce Compliance Program Manager The Workforce Compliance Program Manager owns the day-to-day operation of Switch’s pre-employment background screening program within People Services. This is a lead individual contributor role that requires sound judgment, careful review, and consistent application of established screening and adjudication standards.

This role maintains the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of flooring across Switch facilities. You are responsible for routine floor care using established methods and equipment, working independently within defined schedules and standards.
