Microsoft Lyle Creek
Microsoft is building the Lyle Creek campus near Highway 16 in Catawba County. Its September 2026 update reports the first building's exterior in its final stages, with mechanical, electrical, framing and drywall work under way and further buildings starting. Whiting-Turner has been the general contractor since February 2026; Morgan Corp. led the 2024 site preparation. Microsoft publishes no capacity, investment or completion date.
