Nine buildings planned

QTS is building its first South Carolina campus in York County. Gilbane, the builder, reported the steel topping-out of the first phase-one building on June 30, 2026; QTS says no building is complete or operating yet. Phase one is four buildings, and phase two is planned to start in early 2027.
