JOB TAPE CURRENT OPENINGS
This role will assist with the coordination of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed Electrical & Mechanical equipment and materials for, ensuring timely communication, tracking, and documentation throughout all project phases. The OFCI Field Engineer will work onsite and collaborate closely with the owner, vendors, and construction teams to support successful equipment delivery and installation.
This role focuses on executing inspections, verifying compliance, and maintaining accurate quality documentation to ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, codes, and company standards. They report to the Buildings QA Manager as part of the overall project QA team.
This role serves as a key connection point between engineering, construction, project controls, procurement, clients, and external design partners, ensuring the design supports both project requirements and successful field execution. Our Engineering PM's are involved at the conceptual stage, helping to identify and scope the project, assist in negotiation of the contract, manage the contract deliverables, including project and loss, schedule, milestones, and KPI's.
