Data Center Technician 1
This role is responsible for handling customer requests, remote hands services, assisting with circuit installations, monitoring critical systems, supporting physical security procedures, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. As an entry-level member of the Operations Team, the Data Center Technician I is expected to work with guidance from onsite leadership and more experienced team members while building technical knowledge and operational experience.
